Nice but liars – Everyone I spoke with was very nice, but the manager lied right to my face. While trying to upsell my $20 oil change to an air filter+, he told me that a part (cabin air filter, they charged $50 for it) would cost the same everywhere, but it was less than half their price at Autozone. Of course, this was supposed to be a quick $20 oil change, and before I know it I've paid $100. I hate being lied to by mechanics!!!!!!! I will not bring my car to Jiffy Lube again. Go local, it's worth the extra money!
