They didn’t put oil in my car almost blowed my motor!!
Came to get the changed and the employees checked all fluids and filters. The man checking the air filter snapped 2 bolts and told me they were are broke, not realizing that I was watching him as he did it. I told him saw him doing it as he was putting some muscle into it . He then said I was right. You clearly see that it just happened. Had to wait for someone else show up to fix it , at least 30 minutes away. I get here told it would take 30 minutes and end leaving 2 hrs and 15 minutes later. After being quoted 45.99 for a basic oil change, I waited over an hour and then given a bill for 73.99. I was told AFTER the fact that my car took the special oil blend, so that's what they put in. They never cleared it with me, because I would've said no way! DO NOT go here! Would've been better off going to the dealership, if that says anything
Better than the last time. I really appreciate an efficient, communicative, friendly staff.
I would recommend avoiding this place, every excuse in the book as to why it was taking more than two hours to get my car in! I didn't get the oil changed and will take it elsewhere on Monday! Definitely not Jiffy at jiffy lube!😡😡😡
I'm a regular here and always request that Devin be the one to service my vehicle. He's extremely knowledgeable & professional!
