Elisa provided exceptional service for my first time at Jiffy Lybe, I will definitely be coming back
My story is rather long but I will shorten it. Went to big o tires and they gave me a quote of almost 1000 dollars. I asked questions and their answers was not logical. They wanted me to replace my radiator My neighbor suggested I go to jiffy lube and they answered all my questions (which made me feel very comfortable. Carlos, Zack and Elisa was very friendly and Carlos done a wonderful job on my 2002 Toyota. They did not charge me a arm and leg to do it. I DO NOT NEED A RADIATOR!
