My husband waited an hour to be serviced today, and a woman pulls up and drives right in, in front of him. Your worker said she waited over an hour yesterday and couldn’t stay so she is being taken care of right away. REALLY? If that’s even true, she is a waiting customer like everyone else. Last time there for our family of cars.

twice I ask them to check my tire pressure once on my truck, once on my car. twice they did not do that. this is supposed to be done automatically they're slipping

Turns out they out windshield wiper fluid in my coolant reservoir. It was caught somewhere else before it got to my engine. Imagine what else they are doing improperly!

Went for an oil change, waited an hour and no one helped me. There was about 4 other cars there. Pathetic.

Don't go here, they will perform services on your car that you don't need. They charged me for a tire rotation, a week and a half later I went elsewhere and found out my tires needed to be replaced. They should've NOT done the rotation. They would not refund my card for the tire rotation, said it was "too long ago" to put back on my card and asked that I come in for a cash refund. No. No good. I'll eat the $$$ and take my business elsewhere.
