It takes alot for me to leave a negative review, with that said the following occurred! First no call when vehicle was done with inspection, only after i call at end of day do they tell me my 3 week old wiper blades cause me to fail inspection, rather than argue i agree to replacing the one blade, $30.00 later and a day i get my car back! Clearly predatory tactics to increase revenue! Very disappointed and to top it off when i expressed that i was unsatisfied he stapled a review pamphlet to my receipt and said in a smug voic... read more
They did a great job and they were really fast! I will definitely go back for my next oil change!
Rating this as one star because zero isn’t an option. My brother has been fighting this company for almost a month after someone at this location “changed his oil” but didn’t actually put oil in. Now his motor is screwed. He just got word that the claim was denied, even after he has full documentation from a Ford dealership that that’s exactly what happened. He’s a college kid working his tail off to achieve his dreams, and now he’s stuck trying to figure out how to get to his internship for the remainder of the summer. Own ... read more

Christopher & the rest of the staff go above & beyond any customer service you would expect to receive! They treat their customers like a “small business owner” would, even though they are a branch location of a widely known company!
I came in on Sat 3/4/17 to have them put on my spare and they did it quick & fast. At no charge to me.. they got me in and out. I really appreciated the service and I will be back to get work done! Thank you!
