I had a great experience at this location getting my oil change and differential fluid changed the other day. The techs were very kind and showed me my diff drain plug with the metal shavings on it. They also showed me my air filters and offered replacements without being pushy about it. The waiting room was clean and smelled nice. Overall it was a good experience and I would trust them with more repairs in the future. Service was fast and everyone had a smile. Michael the manager was a big help. I'll be back in the future.
Used a Groupon for an oil change be careful these thieves charged me 20 dollars a quart additionally
First they told me about other things/services that i need, and when i declined the “manager” tried to send me to another location 10 miles away…after all that they refused to do the simple oil change i came for. 👎Terrible experience. I would not recommend this place, nor will i be returning (which is a shame since i only went there because of a positive previous visit)
Mike at the jiffy lube in winter springs fl was amazing. Addressed my needs and helped me to his fullest. Called the day before and he literally greated me with a hand shake the next day. Since 2020 you dont expect good service anymore. I was truly impressed. Thanks again.
