My car is 10 years old and is in GREAT condition. I purchased it brand new, I am very cautious about my vehicle. I have several issues with JIFFY LUBE. I hope they can improve but not for me! I'm done!!!! First, my air filter not in stock had to wait for delivery from an auto store. The Assistant was obviously new. Gave me the wrong mileage sticker for my windshield totally miscalculated my 5000 mile return. Had to be told to pull my car out after they cashed me out. Great service but needed a fuel injection cleaning but was told it wasn't offered and my oil reset light was not reset after oil change was done
