RecommendedThe guys working tonight were great. With my hectic schedule I’ve had challenges getting my oil changed, and got here shortly before closing, I thought they would be annoyed. If they were, they surly didn’t show it, and treated me as if I was the first customer of the day. Kuddos to the great service Travis, Joe, and JD!!!
They didn’t tighten my oil plug when changing my oil. I ran out of oil on Snoqualmie Pass. It cost me s tow ($250) and a new oil change. Plus missing out on the day we had planned. Also,the spin on filter was loose and had been leaking. It could have cost me an engine. At the least, I’m sure that wasn’t good for my car. I reported it to the manager there and haven’t heard anything from him or Jiffy Lube corporate and it’s been over a month. I’ll never go back and I will never recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone.
