Normally this is my go to place 138th and Pacific Ave Parkland but today wasn’t at all pleased 3 guys and a gal working the guys really didn’t know wth they were doing and I sat for approx 20 min waiting to get checked out paying as none but the gal could cash you out!! She did give me a 15.00 off my next oil change that’s if I decide to go back!!! Probably just go to Grease Monkey

Had an oil change on January 18th, 2020. Shortly after leaving the location, my car seized. Not a drop of oil on the dipstick. Called the store who contacted manager. Manager advised tow to nearest automotive repair shop. Diagnosis, engine blown for a total of $4,006 to repair. Jiffy Lube refused to pay for repairs, only offered $1,200-$1,500. I needed an oil change for my new-to-me 2006 Honda Civic. I was treated respectfully and provided information concerning my current services and others possible for the future. I was helped by Cal and even though I did not expect to feel any loyalty to this service provider, I will continue to come here for services.
Fast service, in and out in 20 minutes. Always bring our vehicles here. Never have a issue with customer service or the techs.
Well the only good thing I can say is they know how to reset an oil light. Been twice and now I have an over $300 repair bill due to it never actually getting an oil change. They also charged me for wiper blades they never replaced. Go at your own risk!
Service was good price sucks Took the new Chevy Malibu to T&T this morning and got oil change under $40 At Jiffy lube now with a GMC canyon for oil change its over $80. Back to T&T on 38th and south Tacoma way.
