the manager is very very Rude. DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IT MEAN TO HELP A PERSON IN NEED THT WAS NOT ASKING FOR ANYTHING FREE N WAS VERY WILLING TO PAY THE MUSCLE THEY USE TO HELP CHANGE A TIRE( HAD ALL MY ON ITEMS TIRE JACKN ETC).
Sister took her car there 3 weeks prior and recently noticed an oil stain underneath her car. After jacking it up and looking underneath it, it is leaking from the oil drain plug. Now I have to go and fix it.

They gave me really quick and awesome service. First time there and can say I will be back..
My last visit I couldn't believe how expensive they've become. What really ticked me off was not being notified of the cost UNTIL my oil had already been drained... I may only use them from now one for anything other than state inspections!
Stay away from this store! You'd be better off having your uncle change your oil in his backyard! Jiffy Lube = Jiffy Joke.
That s SUCK!!!!!! They are very rude to communicate because I am deaf!! I saw the service and something wrong with my car. They didn't tell me till 45 min. I walked out of room and looked my car. The service kept to talk me and I said I am deaf. They wrote the note! It said we need to fix it or leave. I said leave because waited for 45 min and again wait for 45min. I got my son and back to service. The supervisor came and talked us. My car stayed there and my son took me out. Later, we went back and paid 51.00. That s suck! ... read more
That place is terrible Customer service is bad and the oil is over priced!!
