Went for an oil change 2 weeks ago...noticed oil in my garage this week...went to a garage and they found the drain plug loose and oil filter loose.. NOT EVER GOING BACK!! Maybe they should watch their techs rather then spending so much time trying to sell extras to customers....
I only use the self-serve touchless so can't comment on the rest but all I can say is that I really wish there was a Hoffman's in Cobleskill. There isn't a decent carwash for 30 miles or more.
They were told don't fill washer fluid!!! They did and drowned my lights and caused a short�������
Oil cap wasn't put on tight after my oil change. And they "checked" my tire pressure but obviously they didn't since it was at 22 and supposed to be 33. Never going again.
S/O: to Hoffman's for giving my Jeep Compass a flat tire today when all I wanted was an oil change and a tire rotation.
My vehicle (truck) did not at all come clean especially around wheel wells and under carriage. Another woman there complaining about the same thing and the Car Wash manager treated her terrible. Real poor attitude for a manager and the workers always look miserable! Cancelling the auto pay ASAP!
