I went to get an oil change for my car yesterday, and was informed that the level of the brake fluid was low and that the brakes were done and urgently needed to be changed. They provided me with a quote, stating it would cost $427 to take care of everything. I decided to go get a second opinion with a brakes specialist, who informed me that they were as new and that there was no need whatsoever to change them. I am extremely upset as your employees tried to scam me.
