I had a dashboard warning message that my car was overheating, so I stopped at this Jiffy Lube to have it checked out. They inspected it for me and the engine was not overheating. So they went online and found that this model car has a problem with it's gauges. So they gave me the okay to keep driving until I could get to the dealer later that day. Took it to the dealer later that day - sure enough it was a stuck gauge.
Jiffy Lube #205 - Hanover Park, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Took my car in on Friday 7/8/2011 for an oil change. They didn't have the right tool to take the filter off or their tool was worn down. They were messing with the filter for over 30 mins. I went outside and told them to get away from my vehicle and took my car to dealership the next day. Dealership just told me that the last place rounded out and cracked the housing for the filter and it will cost me $43.26 to repair. Not only will I never take any of my cars to... read more
