I brought my car in on Sunday 7/26/2020 and I purchased a groupon for the synthetic signature service for about $60. The original cost is about $95 ish somewhere in that area. When I went to check out, the guy told me I owed them another $37. I asked him what is the purpose of the groupon and if I have to pay the same about. I told him the last time I owed something like $5 for taxes. The guy could not answer my question, did not bother to call someone and the manager was absolutely clueless. Suppose to done a fluid flush Antifreeze was still brown had to hire another mechanic to flush again
Went in for a regular oil change and tire rotation. Came home with 2 out of 4 hubcaps broken and scratched. Also, all 4 hubcaps weren't lined up correctly and were about to fall off! I wouldn't be so mad if they would have just told me about it and offered to replace them. But now I have to take my time to go up there with 2 kids and handle this.
