They scammed one of my family members out of $120. She went in for a basic oil change which is $45 and when she asked for that they told her the only choices she had was either the $79 oil change or $99 oil change. The employees are hard up for money and are scamming women who don't know much about cars. They also went into her glove compartment without her permission and took everything out.
