Bad company all around, they will upsell you on stuff that you don't need. This company damages car's & won't take responsibility or accountability for what they do to the guests. If your an employee they won't follow threw on what they say and will give you false hope & empty promises that they can't deliver on. Jiffy lube /Corporate off of team car care won't listen to what happens in there own store's and they keep everything behind closed doors for others not to see. I went in and was seen pretty quick. The workers were friendly but the coffee was empty and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Was walked out to my vehicle where I had plastic on the seat, steering wheel and floor but there was no window clean or light vacuum other places do. Also, and probably my biggest pet peeve, was they made such a fuss over the driver seat area but I had grease prints all over my hood and door(white vehicle) .
This is a two stall building. I am sitting in the drive with an open stall in front of me and one car inside in the second stall. I can see three guys working on changing the oil on the ONE CAR while I sit and wait in front of an open stall. Nice work Jiffy Lube.
The chick working tonight could really use an attitude adjustment and some manners. Otherwise service was good.
