Oil cap was left off during my last oil change. Oil leaked all over the engine and it seized up. $400 repair bill.
I had a terrible experience! They ruined my engine and radiator. Both worked fine when I brought it in for an oil change. A few days later my car started to run hot and engine began to make noise. I ended up having to have it towed to a mechanic and upon inspection there weren't any fluids in either. No leaks found, now I'm going to have to purchase a new engine!
