We allegedly had our oil changed in April. We were supposed to be good until 53,500. We are at 51,000 and the oil light came on and the car started making loud screeching noise that sounded like metal on metal. We checked the oil and there was none. We immediately put oil in it and took it in to a different garage. There is no leak. The mechanic said that "there is no way in hell" the oil filter in our car is only four months old so it seems as though we were taken. We will never bring our car here again.
Over full, oil everywhere and they used the Emergency brake after I asked them not to. I went to the Hoffman website to let them know about my experience with no reply. Seems the management is just as incompetent as the employees they hire. Never again will I use any Hoffman service. Better off just doing it myself.
Refused to do an oil change and inspection a little before 5:30 because they close at 6 and were "down to three guys". 5:30 isn't 6 and if you need more guys, hire more guys.
Thank you Hoffman Family for you do and have done in support of our Veterans. Your employee's and service have been outstanding. Thank you again.
