Been getting my oil in my Ram Diesel truck changed here along with my fuel filters. I stopped in Sunday and they didn't have my fuel filter in stock. So I went and bought one. Came back today they wanted to charge me $70 to install my fuel filter!!! literally takes 5 minutes. Sorry gents, I will take my business elsewhere!!

Got oil change and tire rotation. Stripped the lug nut off and then tried to tell me it was already damaged. This is what happens when you don’t put the lug but on by hand. This is not a mistake. It’s negligence. Terrible! I do not recommend this place.
So I decided to save some money and change the oil in my truck myself. I am also a former recent customer of Jiffy Lube and they have been the only one to change my oil. When I got under my truck, I noticed the drain plug didn't have the gasket anymore and had the liquid gasket around it. When I first bought my truck, I changed the oil myself on its first due oil change and seen it had the original gasket on the plug. So I knew jiffy lube did something. Apparently it's okay to put RTV on a drain plug instead of replacing it or a proper seal put back on it.
Awesome place. I have been bringing my car there for over a year for my services. They have always been polite and fast. Thank you for a job well done!
