I had the oil changed. The cap wasn't replaced and lost all of the oil. Now my car has to be towed. The number on the receipt for Jiffy Lube is a non working number. I attempted to call the number listed in Google and no one responded and no voicemail.
I have been here about 6-7 times over the past 3 years and had a different problem each time (if I was even seen.) Once after a state inspection, I was told I failed when they provided me with the wrong car's results. I had to drive back after I noticed the discrepancy and the passing result was given to me. The past two times I went, no one was even present to service my car. Guess that's what I get for showing up within an hour of close 🤷 Only thing convenient about this location IS the location.
Everyone was very courteous. Gave me notes on things I should be looking at such as tires, etc. I was in and out quickly.
