Good overall experience. Quick maintenance. They notified me of any issues and corrected them swiftly. When I left I realized I didn’t have state inspection so I had to go back and they provided it and windshield wipers. Kind staff and helpful. Just watch your step!
I always go to this jiffy lube for oil changes and inspections. I've always felt comfortable with the services and staff but this most recent visit has left me never wanting to return. I told them about my oil light being on from my last change and to please look at it/reset it - that did not happen. They asked about an air filter and I declined saying I had it replaced the year prior - I was charged for one. They told ne my wheels were on too tight for them to remove and do a tire rotation. Quick fix and a decent price. Friendly staff also.
Used to be the most convenient way to get my car looked after. However, now that they no longer offer car inspections (I've been three times in the past month for one, and have been turned away each time) I will no longer be visiting this location.
