I have no idea if they can improve. As much oil and grease as was left on my car upholstery tells me that there are fundamental problems.
RecommendedThe good part: there was a coupon for a free car wash but the bad part: I basically got charged $7 for them to install an air filter. They charged me $20 for the air filter and when I get home I looked up the cost of an air filter and it's only $13. I saw how easy it was to change the air filter. Why do they have to charge $7 extra? Is that the cover the car wash that I was supposed to get for free?
I went to Jiffy Lube today for an oils change and usually when i go get oil changes or any type of work on my car they ty to get me to do a million extra things and make me pay a billion dialed today i experiences the best customer service. They didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary things. Overall had a wonderful experience with them!

I've always had a good experience here but today I was helped by a man named Aaron and he by far had some of the best customer service I've ever encountered! Very helpful and honest !
The people here at jiffy lube are honest, they let me know what needs to be done to my car to keep her going. Been going there for 10-11 years now.
