I've been using this Jiffy Lube since 2004. Always had excellent service and treated like family. Jerry was sweet. Jaime is top notch, but the service I got yesterday felt like just money and a number. I wasn't even home and my power steering is failing. Mechanic says fluid filled wt wrong fluid for Honda and totally over the limit. Fluid spewing out over engine. If you fired Jaime, you can shove my business ��
