Long wait currently 1 hour. No explanation. People who were here after me have already left.
Man this jiffy lube is straight trash!!! Took truck in to get oil changed and they stripped my drain plug,didn't put sticker in the window, didn't reset oil light, and worst of all they didn't close my air box after checking filter which made check engine light come on and throw 5 codes and put truck in a limp mode

These people are terrible, the last 3 times I've been here they've made multiple mistakes or broke pieces on my car. This time I came in to replace a lug nut that they broke on my front tire and now they said my brakes are to be replaced; I gave them the go ahead, and then they came to me multiple times saying the calibrater needs to be replaced and when they did that, it was the wrong one!
