I’ve been coming to Jiffy Lube for years, and I have to say, the new manager, Jamon, has completely raised the bar. His knowledge is top-notch, delivery is genuine and humble, and his customer service skills are absolutely dialed in. He’s by far the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable person I’ve ever met at Jiffy Lube. You can really tell he cares about both his team and his customers. I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for 8 years now and everytime the friendly staff and mechanics have been extremely helpful and fixed the problems quickly.
Just paid to clean my car this morning but Jiffy made this mess. After I noticed and called them, they told me that they had already told me this happened, but I definitely don’t remember them telling me. Either way, they have vacuums on hand, so I feel that they should have put paper down while working on my car or should have vacuumed after making a mess.
