Absolutely unacceptable service at the Jiffy Lube in South Jordan. My mom went in for an oil change and they left her skid plate completely loose. She was driving on the highway when she noticed something was dragging underneath the car—an extremely dangerous situation. She had to stop at another Jiffy Lube far away. Thankfully, the manager at that location was kind and secured the part properly. He also recommended we return to South Jordan to request a refund since the job wasn’t done right.
