Went in for an oil change had no problem with my car before hand car was not leaking oil no lights on and they burned a hole in my oil pan claiming bolt was stripped? How was this my fault? Had to order a new oil pan charged me for part had to leave car there for 3 days was told to pick up car on second day took an uber there part wasn’t in had to uber back home didn’t call me to tell me part wasn’t in and on top of that the mechanic smelled like weed
10/10 service!! highly recommend
They were all really nice and professional!
I went in on Saturday which I knew would be crowded and a longer wait. As I drive away they forgot to rotate my tires. I thought they would just quickly do my tires, but no one worked on it for 40 more minutes. When I got my car home oil was dripping in my garage floor. Not a good experience.
