false advertising on Sundays on Google it says they open at 9 but this Jiffy Lube in particular in Tucker Georgia they open at 10 and that's false advertising if everybody believes Google then you know this is false advertising. they do good work at this location that is just my only argument I drove all the way up there for nothing

My friend went there recently, and right after leaving there his engine locked up on him because they never changed the oil. how crazy is that??? The manager openly admitted they never put oil in it and now they are giving him the run around trying not to pay for the damages. #JiffyLube #DontgotoJiffyLube
Pulled in to find employees behind the building drinking beer.... I told the manager that I didn’t want any of them to touch my vehicle... The manager then pulls my car into the bay while the employees made rude and comments as if I were wrong. Not sure what happened to previous management at this location but rest assured I will never return.

This place charges $40 to start for a basic oil change. Am I crazy or are they? They graciously emailed me a $5 off coupon, but still... I've NEVER left this place spending only $40. One, they will ALWAYS find something else wrong to "fix"... they will always try to upsell. Its the nature of the business. However, my oil changes there have never been less than $60. On the upside, they do vacuum the floor and seats and they are always very polite to me. I just wish the mark-up wasn't so high.

I went in for an oil change not even a month ago and I'm now having to add oil to my car as we speak, they seem to have left oil out of the vehicle. My cadillac requires 7.5 quarts and they of course did not put the required amt and did not even chang my oil filter. I had the car checked out and the same oil filter i put in before, is the same filter I had in there prior to going to them. The service is TERRIBLE and I have written a letter to the BBB on this company as well.
