Worst service ever. Didn’t even acknowledge me for 30 minutes while they took cars in that arrived after me. I arrived upon them opening for a reason. And it was not to sit and wait for 30 minutes before I finally had to say something. Gentleman I spoke to was no help (wouldn’t give me his name) just told me it was first come first serve. Clearly not. They need a better system or to better staff of Saturday mornings. Told me it would be another hour. Will not return.
I was happy last week and gave them 5 stars but the headlamp they replaced was 25% as bright as the other side .. so I brought it back today... almost an hour and just now looking at it....will see what they tell me..so found out the headlight retainer was broken after they changed the bulb....and they supposedly fixed it to stay in place...well it came loose again so I had to go to the dealer and buy a new headlight assembly for $821 plus 60 labor to install it!!!!
Went for a simple oil change. As usual, they told me something else needed to be serviced. They said my coolant needed to be flushed. Fine..cool..do it.. A couple of days pass and I hear this strange grinding noise coming out of the engine and coolant leaking all over the ground. This was not there before I got the services done. Not cool. They are always polite and friendly when I go in for an oil change. The service is quick and thorough.
That guy with the glasses rude you guys can check the cameras,I always go there know you lose a customer, treat you customer right
