I went in for standard oil change. The manager tried to upsell and charge me more without my permission, adding items I did NOT request. I was disappointed in the customer service and presentation of the team. The staff keeps changing and appears less skilled and professional. I noticed oil leaking from my car but did not think it was as bad as it was until my oil light came on today. I have nothing on the dipstick and am stuck at work trying to find a way to get some oil. They put the wrong type of oil in my vehicle
Good people are hard to come by sometimes, but today I have to give a shout out to the guys at Jiffy Lube! I was cleaning out my car and since they were kinda slow and saw me one of them came over and offered to clean my car mats. (Horse Center clay get embedded in anything and everything!) They didn't have to do this but they did and what a generous gesture it was! Thanks guys you are #goodpeople!!!
