Logan was an excellent service tech. Polite and knowledgeable. The manager Jim was also very courteous.he was assertive while insuring me experience was positive and complete. Bravo jiffy lube.
Every time I come in for an oil change, the price is different. One time, it's $90 next time $120. So I bring my own oil. One time, it's $50 next time it's $40 with a $20 off coupon.... When I ask for an explanation, they say shop fee ($5.99) or inflation ($30 in 2 months). I don't trust these prices are necessary. And when I asked a man how much his was, his is $30 less. Truck started leaking oil after getting my oil changed here. I brought it back, they then did some vacuum trick to keep the remaining oil in. They said they did this to replace the plug. To save money. Oil leak persisted. So I brought it to a different jiffy lube. (VANCOUVER) PAID TO HAVE MY OIL CHANGED YET AGAIN. THIS TIME THEY HAD TO PROPPER DRAIN PLUG. OIL IS NO LONGER LEAKING. VANCOUVER JIFFY LUBE I TAKE MY RECEIPT BACK TO Y'ALL AND DEMAND A REFUND.
When I first got there, there were 2 people working and no customers. This place was dirty. Floors were dirty, the bathroom was filthy. Somebody pissed all over the toilet seat. Looked like nobody flushed the toilet in awhile. Grime was everywhere. Dead bugs in the corners and window sills. The guys were nice enough, but it didn’t seem like anyone knew how to keep a business clean.
