Got my oil changed, staff stole a gift card right out of my console. Even though I've been a customer for years they refused to investigate the situation on the spot. There was only one person working on my car. The manager even later admitted to a lot of thefts at that location. Even further, when I went to file the police report, the police officers even stated that they are contacted regularly about thefts at that location. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
Forgot to finish oil service. One of my pistons blew through my engine block. Waiting to hear back from Toyota on next steps. Nightmare scenario. This is AFTER I spent $159 for unnecessary services- and suggested additional services to a 6 week old battery! Buyer beware! Especially FEMALES!!!
Super fast, accurate and friendly! Got two vehicles done online less than 35 minutes and they were booked solid!
