I wouldn't let these guys change my air freshener
BE WARNED: They conned my partner’s mom into buying a battery. It was the incorrect battery and they clearly jerry-rigged it to make it work. Paul, the manager, was rude to the both of us, combative, claimed the place that installed the correct battery was trying to just trick us into buying a new battery. She had to call the corporate headquarters to file a complaint because he kept blowing her off. Thank God this mistake didn’t fry the alternator.
The two previous visits I've had to stop back because my car is leaking oil. This visit was 2.5 hours long due to them breaking a piece on my car and having to wait for a new part to arrive.
Slow service for an oil change and when completing work didn't put necessary pieces back (I.e. Clips and bolts in the cover). Also, over torqued oil plug. Going somewhere else.
