I went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed and when I got home and looked under the hood and my oil dipstick was broken. Wasn’t when I left to get it changed. Very professional to not tell me that they broke it. Will never be back

I was amazed by the level of care we received from employees and management. I was travelling with my 3 children and we broke down. We were 8 hours from home, 12 hours from our destination. Not only did they go out of their way to make sure we were safe and comfortable, the manager even gave us rides around as needed! They showed me personally what broke, called someone in to fix it, and were open and upfront with the price. We were blessed to break down where we did! THANK YOU! I went in for a oil change, I knew my breaks where squeaking but they was not bad they offered to change them for 500 dollars we declined. I go to drive off and now my breaks are hard to push down I can’t stop my car really good and you can also hear the air when u push the breaks. I go back up there and now they wanna say it’s nothing we did we did not touch the breaks at all. I call bullshit because you sure was quick to tell me yesterday they was bad and y’all could fix them for $500. So everyone stay clear of this place.... read more
Don't let these ass holes touch your vehicle. They ripped me with outrages price for oil change, the when I complained, they put too much oil in and didn't tighten the drain plug. I'm from out of town so they figured I was an easy target. Luckily I caught it before damage was done. Sure wish I would habe checked this page first. Seems they don't have any satisfied customers. How do they stay in business?
If you buy the groupon, make sure you read the fine print. It does say it's for a conventional oil change. But the service was quick & very professional!!
