actually just got a oil change without trying to get screwed by ads ons. fast service.
They lied about what options I had for an oil change and charged me $70 for an oil change when I said "whatever is cheapest". They have a $45 oil change. Then the reciept shows that the floors were vacuumed and the windows washed MORE LIES. I am beyond angry and will never go here again. UPDATE: I took my car to Midas because it looked like they overfilled it. Sure did! By over a quart not to mention coated the engine compartment in oil. Enjoy the few bucks you conned my wife out of, because you won't get another chance. I know about your shady tactics, but I didn't have time to take her car for service. The upsell technique must be part of your training. The only problem is the air filter you sold her replaced the one I put in 50 miles ago...earlier in the week. We're done with JiffyLube...
My family and I had a flat tire as we were headed to dinner tonight. We hurriedly pulled into Jiffy Lube in hopes of some assistance. Despite not having any tire repair tools, an employee (Rich) assisted me in changing the tire even after the store was closed. He insisted on helping us and refused my small tip I offered him for his kindness. He said he believes in karma and paying it forward.
