Absolutely worst service I've ever received in my life. The management staff are out of control trying to scam customers into more services and they bully their employees. The Seabrook location is sadly missing the part in sales that includes customer service. Run! Go anywhere else, you will regret ever going thru their doors. Luckily there are half a dozen service centers in the same area where you can receive proper respectable service. NH State should look into this location asap!

The staff is unbelievably kind and honest! They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest quote and excellent friendly, caring service. Katelynn and Dimitri helped me and made my experience at jiffy lube, unforgettable, Thank you �
Never had an issue there before always loved it until now. 3 times I tried to go there was told every time at least an hour wait of sitting in car before they could get to it. Ok first time it looked busy - last 2 times it definitely did not! Now I'm down the street getting it done. Bye Jiffy Lube
Asked for an oil change. $110 for an oil change. Already drained the oil by the time they gave me a price, so they had me hostage. I could have went to the dealership for $39.95. Ridiculous. I will never go here again. Plus the guys in the shop used the wrong tools to take out screws and just about stripped the heads out of some screws that I dont even know why they had to take off for an oil change. Per a bad experience a few years back, I stopped using Jiffy Lube for my maintenance and repairs. Your new manager Johnny Linehan changed all that. After the way my vehicle was handled, and the customer service I received, I will absolutely be a return customer and recommend your shop to everyone I know. It's nice to see a company acknowledge the right person for the job. You made the right choice going with Johnny Linehan.
The employees are all very nice and welcoming. Definitely a shop that knows what they're doing! I'm a regular customer and I've never had any problems! Highly recommend!!!!
