They fastened my oil filter cap so unreasonably tight during my last oil change that when I went to get an oil change from a certified mechanic, the mechanic could not unfasten the cap. Jiffy Lube deflected blame for their inept service. $160 replacement. Beware!

RecommendedHad multiple positive experiences having oil changed here. Very quick check-in, up-front pricing, with waits no longer than 30 min Recently ran into a small snafu when a technician stripped the key to my locking lug nuts. The staff went WAY out of their way to find the replacement parts and fix the issue within a week or so. All while maintaining clear and constant communication. No one's perfect and everyone makes mistakes. Thankfully the staff here were honest and did a great job to rectify the problem.
