I came in to see if my brakes needed repair as they started grinding this morning. Jiffy Lube said I needed brakes and calipers on the right side. I said to go ahead and fix them. Immediately upon leaving my whole front end started making a lot of nose. I went back and the GM said that it's not any of the work they performed. MY car NEVER had any front end noise before I came in. It's gotten worse as I drove it tonight and now I have to take it to a mechanic to see what is wrong with it and what they did to it. I use this Jiffy lube often and continue to come back when my wife or I need a quick oil change. Great service and knowledgeable staff. Always pleased with the service!
