Quick, thorough, no pressure to buy what is recommended. The vacuum cleaner was out of service but said stop by again and they’d do it then!
Took my car for an oil change, they pulled out the air filter, told me I needed a new one. I politely declined, so they crammed it back in and crushed it to where it was no longer working. If you're not going to do something properly, maybe you shouldn't be doing it to begin with. Will no longer be doing business with jiffy lube.
Great customer service. Techs are awesome. They explain what is needed clearly and do the work correctly. I get coupons emailed to me so they help save money. I’ve been going to this location for 11 years with all my cars. Trust them completely.

My daughter took her car in yesterday evening for a oil change. One of the guys moved her car and hit another car! Will never return there !
Cullen and 518 location only - I just went for an oil change and inspection. 1. They didn't give me the inspection report 2. Went back, waited 25 minutes, they had to reinspect it, gave me report that had wrong date (2016) 3. Went back again and was told there was no way they gave me the wrong report. Finally a woman said no inspection was ever done and said it would only take her 5 minutes to do the inspection. Inspection report finally given to me with barely an apology. One of their employees put something under one of my friends brake pad in order to convince her she needed new rotors. Terrible.
