I really never expected to have such a wonderful experience in a jiffy lube. But, I had to change my oil before a trip and couldn't get my regular mechanic. I was so surprised at the professionalism of Gerardo and Jaylen. These two men were courteous, quick, knowledgeable, patient and extremely polite. My oil was changed, window washing fluid filled and tires pumped with gas. They checked to make sure everything was working up to par. I never had to get out of the car.
