Deas greeted me at my car with kindness and took great care of my car. He went above and beyond to make a personal connection, check for services missed by other oil change locations, and was super speedy! I was hesitant to go to a Jiffy Lube, but as long as Deas is running the show, I'm going here!
I visited this location the Monday before Christmas for an oil change and tire rotation. The next time I drove my car my skid plate came off and I was stuck on the side of the freeway. My husband came out, tied it down with rope, and I headed back to Jiffy Lube. I was told that the general manager wasn't there that day and since he was the one who worked on that part of the car there wasn't anything they could do until they were contact with the general manager. Went and got my oil changed found out after paying way too much that they didn’t even change my oil the oil filter that was still on my car was from the dealership that I bought the car from because they still have the parts number that is on this oil filter
