So you tout a 25% discount for military then deny that discount stating “the car doesn’t qualify.” The same car that we’ve had three previous oil changes on at your store having been given that same 25% discount in the past because—get this: we’re Military. Cool. Not to mention the sign that reads “If we don’t ask for your email, your oil change is free.” You didn’t ask-we requested what your sign offered and you grew defensive and said “No.” The BBB is going to love this. Thanks for reprehensible customer service, Allen!

Sucked!!! Oil all over the interior of my ram and all over the exterior also! I wish I could show pictures on here but there is no uploads at all.. I’ll never come back here again, and they lied to me about it and said it never happened.. and I seen it happen 15 feet in front of me.. I called them out on it and denied it all then I told the guy he was standing right there when it happened and showed him exactly where it’s at and then decided to clean it off for 45 mins.. just a disaster!!
