I took my car to Jiffy Lube in Rochester, MN for the first time and had a great experience. I drive a European vehicle, and the representative at the counter took the time to clearly go over the recommended services and pricing so we were both on the same page from the start. Throughout the visit, he kept me informed. Small things like holding the door open for a customer and leaving my car ready makes me confident they are also paying attention to the details of my service.
Great experience at Jiffy Lube Rochester. They took care of my oil change, brakes, filters, plate lights, and tire alignment, and everything was done professionally and done right. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. It’s a family-owned business that’s worth supporting. Highly recommend. Five stars.
I’ve been coming to Jiffy Lube for almost 2 years, since I moved to Rochester, and i’ve never been disappointed. The mechanics I’ve interacted with are knowledgeable and kind, the services are generally very quick (i’ve never made an appt and i don’t think i’ve ever been there more than an hour), and I’ve never felt any pressure to buy products or a service. Definitely recommend!
