I had an oil leak and was given a quote. Because it was a lot of money, I called around to see if it was high or if I could do it for less somewhere else. Turns out Jiffy Lube gave me a very honest estimate. I made an appointment and got the work done. I was very pleased with the job and all the staff that works there. They are always respectful and polite. George is a great manager, always nice and polite, and does the right thing for his customers.
KUDOS to the team at 41st Street NW in Rochester! I received friendly, helpful and terrific service on my Mini Cooper. I will return and have the oil changed on our other vehicle and highly recommend your business to anyone.
These guys are awesome. Quick service and very thorough. Talked to me about every service they wanted to perform and why, leaving me with the feeling of being in control. The gentleman who worked with us on checkin and keeping us informed appeared very knowledgeable and was super friendly!
I come to this location for oil changes and the service is quick, friendly, and honest. Included in the oil change is vacuuming of the car floors, topping off of fluids, filling tires to correct air pressure, and a general under the hood check. Josh, the manager, is professional and trustworthy. Look for coupons in the mail or online.
Service was quick, and the price was reasonable. All of the employees were courteous and friendly. The customer service tech took the time to review all of the inspection results, actions taken by the service techs, and recommendations. My experience was completely positive.
