I took my car to Jiffy Lube in Rochester, MN for the first time and had a great experience. I drive a European vehicle, and the representative at the counter took the time to clearly go over the recommended services and pricing so we were both on the same page from the start. Throughout the visit, he kept me informed. I was initially told the service would take about 20 minutes, and when it got close to or went beyond that timeframe, he communicated the reason for the delay and kept me in the loop. It was freezing outside and my car battery died. Thankfully I have a portable charger and was able to get it started. I immediately took it to Jiffy Lube and they put a new battery in just a few minutes. The crew was very courteous, quick, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!!

This was my first time going to jiffy lube. Nick and David took great care of me! They helped me find a problem a previous shop had really screwed up and walked me through the best way to approach it. (It wasn’t something they could fix, needed an actual shop to fix). They also had the light I needed changed in store whereas the other places I went to were going to charge me for ordering it. I ended up saving a fair amount of money due to this. I had an oil leak and was given a quote. Because it was a lot of money, I called around to see if it was high or if I could do it for less somewhere else. Turns out Jiffy Lube gave me a very honest estimate. I made an appointment and got the work done. I was very pleased with the job and all the staff that works there. They are always respectful and polite. George is a great manager, always nice and polite, and does the right thing for his customers.
