I went in this morning to have the oil changed in my wife's car because everytime she takes it they talk her up to have something done that she doesn't need. While paying the guy cancels the payment because it was computing too slow. He then reruns my card. Long story short, an hour later I go back to show him that they had charged my card for $135.75, twice. I showed him on my phone that it had been taken out twice from my acct. To jennifer hart Today at 10:26 AM I bought a battery at the Madison heights Jiffy lube office. I bought it is November 2016 so it as not even been 2 years ago. I bought the exide 78 battery. I got the receipt and pamphlet for the brochure and went on my way. My battery has died. I tried to have it jumped and charged at Auto Zone, the battery is dead. Great customer service
They are not good i paid to have my lights cleaned and they are still bad after I told them they would not clean up and they said they could get them clean. They said they check all my fluids they didn't I had to remind them .They said they checked the air in my tires they didn't I even asked 3 times and they said they put air in them then i had to stop on the way home and put air in . They didn't clean the right side of my windows they didn't vacuum my car . They was going to put the wrong oil in my car till I stopped them ... read more
Yes the price went up but the employee explained why and made sense to me plus they gave me a 10 off and will check my fluids and tires between oil changes for free. For the speed, convenience, and just friendly as heck it is worth the couple extra dollars. Keep rocking Jiffy Lube!!
$34.95+ tax to change oil. And I supply the oil and filter. I thinking y'all done bumped ya fucking heads. Go across the street to advantage tire oil change 14.95 with tax. You supply your oil and filter.
