I was quoted 15-20 minutes to get new air and cabin air filters. Ended up taking well over an hour.
Will never go to Jiffy Lube again. I was there for nearly two hours for just an oil change. They were so slow. I would have gone but by their lot design, you cannot leave once you’ve pulled in! Felt so slimy and I paid way too much for the privilege.
I've gone here for several years to have my oil changed and have never been disappointed. The young men that work there are polite, respectful and I trust them completely. Not only do they change my oil, they check all of the fluids in my car, air pressure, etc. They are seriously efficient and I would recommend them to anyone!
Disappointing experience. I was the only customer there, yet was treated like a burden rather than valued client. The affiliate service felt rushed and unwelcoming. Definitely not the level of service I’d expect. Won't be back to this location.
