There is a female manager here that was disrespectful towards us and her employees. Wouldn't recommend.
I left the story and my contact info on the survey Jiffy Lube sent. Long story short. The young lady that checked me in was nice, the speed of the service was good and I used a coupon to save $17 on the premium Penzoil full synthetic change that still cost me $120. The service tech/manager was very rude. She was so rude that I can get my oil changed anywhere but it will never be at the Jiffy Lube on Henesta ever again. It’s all good , I’ll just go somewhere else.
This place is trustworthy
Don't like the lady working there. She wasn't friendly at all. She was very short with my husband and I. Will be going to another location from now on
