I like the service was great they know there job will be back
Treated me like VIP from the beginning with a personable greeting all the way through to opening my driver door at the end. - good stuff
Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They have a girl with glasses very short and extremely unwelcoming. Why is she the face of the company when she is rude and somewhat aggressive. Very sad if that’s the standard for Jiffy Lube. I won’t be returning to that location. She needs to learn basic decency.
The lady who checked me in lacks any kind of customer service. Quite rude. The service was quick and price was ok. They made me leave my window down in a snowstorm. When I got back in my truck the door was soaked as well as the seat. I won’t use this Jiffy Lube again.
In and out in about 30 minutes. Customer service is great.
