10!!! This was my first time coming to this Jiffy Lube. Very good service & it seems like every employee that I had any contact was very nice. Which is almost nonexistent nowadays. Greeting, speaking & even smiling!!! What a pick-me-up when 'having' to spend 🤑 you don't really have or want to. They even did something I asked about that had nothing to do with the services they provide but that would have been physically hard for me to do. Thank you to all the employees at this Jiffy Lube!!
Honest guys in the shop! Saved me $50 when they could of easily just done the balance I asked for. Definitely be back

Need an oil change? Looking for a place with integrity and will not try to take advantage of you by selling you a service that you don’t need? Well don’t go to Jiffy Lube in the heights! My son got his oil changed, less than 1000 Miles later goes back because an indicator light came on that he needed more coolant, asked them to top it off, they talk him into another $110 oil change claiming that’s what he asked for, “we’re all about customer service, if a customer asks for an oil change that’s what we’re going to give them.”... read more
The guy that changed the gas filter didn't close the hood right and it was shaking as i went down the road. Good thing i did not take the interstate. While leaving, the guy was "helping" me so fast into the truck and kept trying to close the door, and i had to tell him to slow down, i have a sore hip. he continued to to try and close the door with the left leg still out and and slammed a huge black and blue mark into my leftside of the knee. i couldnt hardly walk that night and the nextday. Great staff! I told them about a review stating that the oil cap was left off. He had no problem walking me to my car popping the hood and showing me all the caps were secure. They even threw my garbage on my floor away....more than I expected and much appreciated. :)
