The service personnel who work the desk are rude and snobby. But the work was done well and the price is moderately set compared to competitors. But I was still in there an hour when they said it would be 15 minutes. �
I took my truck in for an oil change and transmission flush they did the oil change but I took it to another place and they told me that nothing was done to the transmission because the factory filter was still in it I will never take my truck back here changed me for something that you didn't do.
The staff (Rusty in particular) were friendly, quick, and very informative. They offered options and didn't just give me the most expensive option. They even took one of my filters out and showed me that it was clean so I would know the difference in case someone in the future suggested that I need it replaced. I will be back.
