I was told that I had an oil leak and they gave me a card for someone to fix the leak. I went to a different guy that I trusted and explained to them that Jiffy Lube said I had an oil leak. The guy explained to me that he gets a lot of clients from jiffy lube claiming that there was an oil leak that needed to get fixed asap but then there was no leak. The guy checked my car and lo and behold it was “dry as a bone” Don’t take their word when they try to upsell you. Take my guy’s.

Can’t complain about the efficiency of the group working here. However, the one employee I dealt with at the front just made the experience terrible. He was extremely short with me. I know a lot about cars, but when I asked if he recommended the top up for coolant because the coolant was actually low, or if it was just standard, he said “Well yeah you should get it topped up.
