Nothing jiffy about my experience today. I dropped in for an emissions test. I figured I could be in and out within an hour,. But after 45 minutes of my car just sitting in the bay, I had to ask to leave so I could make it to another appointment. Four employees were working on one car that came in after me. And one employee was shooting the breeze for 20 minutes with a customer whose car didn’t pass emissions. I’ll go somewhere else and get the test done.
NEW: Brody and Stockton and Ben and Navehya were great! They helped us with our car again and ALWAYS do an amazing, and personable job. This particular time I got to learn from Stockton and Brody how the oil works and Stockton taught me the basics. So cool! Thanks again you guys! 5 stars and more if I could. Rock on! One of the employees named Stockton was extremely helpful and patient with my many questions. I am car-dumb but he explained things patiently. Just wanted to give him a shout out
I had a great experience getting my oil changed and a brake pad replaced in Orem. Jose Alonso was my cashier and he was exceptionally helpful and kind. Everything was quick, professional, and smooth. Great team here!
