If I could give 0 stars I would. They say they're using Pennzoil but its Hoosier Penn, Doesnt have uniforms for the staff, oil spill beside building, half the time they don't change filters. worst place to get your oil changed in Winchester. Hands down.
Got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube the other day and now my car isn't running!! And the guy changing my oil was extremely rude to me. The place was a mess. I will never be back.
Got my oil changed in my ford F-150 today. Absolutely awful service. The guy who greeted me didn't seem like he wanted to do anything. There was one car and be said it would be half an hour. Then they didn't have my oil filter and had to go get it after they got finished I saw that I was charged for an antifreeze top off? Not once did they open my overflow tank and charged me 4$!!!!
