Was charged $41 (almost double the price) for a very low quality air filter that I could have bought myself at a parts store for almost half the price. In fact, I could have bought a step up or two of an air filter for $10 less at a parts store. The worker said Jiffy Lube's air filters are better quality than parts store. Not true. $11.99 to top off the coolant. Ridiculous. I can see $5.00 being fair. All new workers. Had great experiences for years with the previous mechanic and manager. Well it’s sad that I just read a review about how these guys don’t put everything back on. Unfortunately they did the very same thing to my car. This piece fell off while my wife was driving down the road. I should have learned the first time this happened but being optimistic and bringing my vehicle to a different jiffy lube. If your vehicle has additional pieces to get to the oil pan DO NOT BRING IT TO A JIFFY LUBE. I now have to buy a new bolt from the dealership to put this back on… never again.
It was an ok experience. Thought they could have offered to delete 2 simple codes to pass Emissions but the guy doing testing. Had an attitude problem.
