They've been "working" on my car for over an hour and offered to change the oil, the air filter, and repair a chip in the windshield. I'm still waiting for them to start the emissions test, literally the only thing I came in for.
Went to get my oil changed a couple days ago here and I had to take my car into the dealership after. Jiffy Lube did not change my oil. They added new oil to my dirty oil and over filled it by an entire quart. I was also told the oil filter they switched out with the old one is known to explode. So, I will be coming for my money, and I have a picture of the "clean" oil that was in my car.
Bad service they strip your oil plug. They intentionally break parts on your vehicle so you have to pay them money to fix it.
A waste of time and money. They will never pass your vehicle for state inspection the first time, they always fail it for stupid ticky tack things. After taking both my car and truck to them I learned the hard way. The second time with my truck I was told it would take 45 min, an hour and a half later after they had played musical cars in the inspection bay my truck was finally done. Stop charging women more because you don't think we know our own vehicles..thanks
