The guys was sooooo slow. Probably graduated from DMV. Need to wait for over an hour to get inspection when only 1 car a head of me. Also they over charged the cost of inspection. Never ever going back there.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly without being pushy, and got the service done faster than I expected. They also checked the basic fluids and tire pressure, which was a nice bonus. The waiting area was clean, and the whole process was hassle-free. If you're looking for a quick and professional place for routine car maintenance, I'd recommend giving Jiffy Lube a try.
I had to return to the shop after seeing white smoke coming off of my engine. Oil was spilled throughout my engine, and my oil filter was sitting in a puddle of oil. The shop told me they had “done me a favor” and replaced my oil filter, but offered no discount or refund for sloppy work that required a second visit.
