Good service friendly people quick and efficient. At this jiffy lube be careful at the jiffy lube on San Antonio and middlefield unless the manager AJ is there.
I went in for a full synthetic oil change and clearly told the technician not to touch or remove my filters. He confirmed it would just be an oil change. Within about five minutes, another staff member came in holding both my engine and air filters after they had removed them despite my request. I told them right away I wanted full synthetic oil, but they claimed it would only last 4,000 miles, which doesn’t make sense.
