Jiffy Lube was really excellent. I felt listened to, well informed, and well served. They were super quick, too! In and out in about 30-40 minutes.
Fantastic service exactly as described and within 15 mins as promised.
I called ahead to get an estimate for an oil change and tire rotation and was told $86. When I got there they couldn't rotate the tires because the lift didn't fit my car frame. OK, no big deal. Then just the oil change. The oil change charge came out to $136. Ok, I knew to expect id probably get ripped off and hustled from a high volume oil change franchise. Gave them a promo code with bar code I downloaded from the corporate website. Apparently that didn't work cause the scanner wouldn't pick it up. So somehow just an oil ... read more
Great oil change
I went to do the inspection of the car, they checked it, I brought the broken glass, it didn't happen but they saw it, they didn't tell me it wasn't going to pass, they tell me it, they already until I had paid them on my part, it makes me comfortable, they didn't tell me from the beginning that I wasn't going to go through the star glass, they know why they inspect all the cars
